Duck Inn Bed & Breakfast has a selection of five rooms to choose from, be sure to find an option that suits you and your family.

Each guest room remains true to the old-fashioned charm of the Inn with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Rooms are appointed with everything you’ll need to have a refreshing stay, whether you are visiting for business or leisure. All rooms are unique and separate, offering guests their own entrances and privacy.

Room 1

Room 1 is a four-person room thanks to a queen-size bed and the addition of a sleeper couch, making it a great choice for small families. A fully equipped kitchen gives guests the choice of self-catering or bed and breakfast unit.

The adjoining lounge will give your travelling team plenty of space to play with and of course the room is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need This unit is ideal for a small family to use as a base for exploring all the attractions that Kwa-Zulu Natal has to offer.

Rooms 2 and 3

Room 2 is a comfortable and cosy bed and breakfast unit, with its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom. Equipped with a double bed, it sleeps 1 to 2 persons in absolute comfort. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

Room 3 is a self-catering or bed and breakfast unit consisting of an ensuite bedroom with double bed, a delightful, fully equipped open plan kitchen and a bright and cheerful lounge.

Both rooms have separate entrances and open out onto their own patio, where guests can sit and enjoy the shade in this peaceful and relaxed setting. There is a connecting door between the 2 units which can be opened to convert this into a family cottage sleeping 4, including the sleeper couch in the lounge it can host 6 people.

This unit is ideal for a family group to use as a base for exploring all the attractions that Kwa-Zulu Natal has to offer.

Rooms 4 and 5

These two rooms are individual en-suite bedrooms with beautiful decor, quality linen and furnishings, each with their own private entrance and patio. These are air-conditioned Bed & Breakfast rooms and each have a tea and coffee station for your comfort

Modern, fully tiled sparkling en-suite bathrooms complete the luxurious feel of these B&B rooms in Richards Bay. The rooms are right under our magnificent tree. For the busy traveller looking for a safe haven at the end of a hot and busy day, this air conditioned comfort is just perfect. Relax by the pool and cool off during the hot summer months or just enjoy the quiet solitude where you can meditate over the day's events.

The Barn - Rooms 6 and 7

Room 6 is a comfortable, light and airy en-suite bed and breakfast unit, with its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom. Equipped with twin beds, it sleeps 1 to 2 persons in absolute comfort. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

Room 7 is a self catering or bed and breakfast unit consisting of an en-suite bedroom with twin beds, as well as a sleeper couch, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This is a large and lovely room, with beautiful decor, and can sleep 3 persons.

Both rooms have separate entrances and open out onto their own patio, overlooking the pool There is a connecting door between the 2 units which can be opened to convert this into a family self catering cottage sleeping 5, with the possibility of additional sleeping arrangements being made on request. This unit is also ideal for a family group to use as a base for exploring all the attractions that Kwa-Zulu Natal has to offer.
